本所前身为2003年成立的四川仁竞律师事务所绵竹分所，经过数年的发展，2008年经四川省司法厅批准成立四川贞明律师事务所。“贞明”取自《周易》:“日月之道，贞明者也。”
本所坐落在绵竹市东汽竹苑钻石湾，办公面积达二百余平方米，一流的办公环境，现代化的办公设施和电脑信息系统。现有合伙人为罗楷、徐勇、苟建军律师，平均执业12年以上。本所有专职律师9名、实习律师3名，行政人员1名。创办以来，我所在绵竹市法律服务领域颇具影响，先后担任绵竹市人民政府、市人大常委会及各大局、大型国企、公司、众多中小企业、个人等近百家单位的常年法律顾问。擅长各类刑事，商事以及非诉讼的代理。本所实行人文化、信息化管理，已逐渐发展成为一家专业高效、管理规范、服务精细、人才辈出的新兴律师事务所。

Sichuan Zhenming Lawyer's Office was developed from a branch of Sichuan Renjing Lawyer’s Office, which was based in Mianzhu. In 2008, we were approved by the Provincial Justice Department of Sichuan to operate independently. Our name “Zhenming” was derived from an ancient philosophic book, which says “The Tao of the Sun and the Moon is to deliver bright light.” Located in Diamond Bay of Bamboo Garden in the Oriental Turbine Plant of Mianzhu, Sichuan Zhenming Lawyer’s Office occupies an area of more than 200 square meters and boasts admirable working environment, modern facilities and IT systems. The associates of the law firm include Luo Kai, Xuyong and Gou Jianjun, who have all served in the line for more than 12 years. Presently, we have 9 professional lawyers, 3 interns, and 1 administration staff. Ever since the birth of the company, we have established our influence in the domain of legal services. We are invited by more than 100 entities as their standing legal adviser, including the Municipal Government of Mianzhu, the Standing Committee of the Municipal Congress, large state-owned enterprises, and arrays of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and individuals. Particularly excelled in criminal and commercial cases and non-litigation representations, we have grown into a professional, highly-efficient, standardized, meticulous, and well-staffed legal firm that is committed to legal culture and modernized management.
